Wire mesh basket

Specially developed basket for cleaning and surface treatment systems
With the aid of adapters or support frames, baskets of different sizes and designs can be put together in one batch and thus brought to the usable dimension (“chamber dimension”) specified by the cleaning system. This considerably increases the utilization of the system, as different workpieces and materials can be cleaned in one batch or in one wash cycle.

Standard adapter

With the aid of the standard adapter frame, it is possible to combine baskets of different sizes and designs in one batch and run them through the cleaning system in one wash cycle. This considerably increases the utilization of the system.

• The dimensions of the carrier unit correspond to those of standard commercial baskets and, like these, can be used in cleaning systems with driven roller conveyors and automatic loading systems.
• A rotary movement in the systems is possible, as a common hold-down device fixes the inserted containers in their position.

Insert baskets / basket inserts

Component trays with varying mesh sizes enable the cleaning of small parts in existing baskets and boxes without mixing. Similar to batch composition using the standard adapter frame or the small quantity set, tray inserts offer the advantage of being able to economically process different quantities and parts together in one wash cycle.
