Air circulation dryer

Stainless steel fans draw the air from the drying room and convey it back into the drying chamber via two electrical stainless steel heat exchangers. Our drying systems receive a constant supply of fresh air through a small bypass.

Vacuum dryer

In order to achieve gentle and rapid parts drying at low temperatures, even from deep pores, the special field of drying technology - vacuum drying - must be used. Vacuum dryers are easy to integrate (even retroactively) into production lines or can be operated as a "stand-alone solution" with their own PLC control system. The drying system of vacuum drying offers the following advantages:

• very short drying times (dry workpieces in seconds
• Parts drying at low temperatures = gentle on the product (e.g. electronic assemblies)
• Exclusion of corrosion problems due to oxygen exclusion
• Drying even from deep pores, undercuts and gaps with absolute geometric independence
• Drying of scooping workpieces
• Parts drying of large workpieces
• More energy-efficient than conventional drying processes (utilizing inherent energy from upstream processes)
• Environmentally friendly drying
