Liquid, water-free paint stripper

Properties:

BR 5512 is a liquid, water-free product that is used to remove paint from plastic (PP, PE) and steel surfaces.
Only conditionally suitable for zinc and aluminum surfaces.
The product is CFC-free.

Application:

BR 5512 is used as a concentrate in an immersion process at room temperature.
Experience has shown that the contact time is between 20 and 30 minutes.
After the paint stripping process, the stripped parts must be rinsed with water in a separate bath.
The quality of the paint stripping bath and its service life are heavily dependent on bath maintenance. Appropriate filtration is advantageous.
The concentration of the bath is determined titrimetrically.
The bath is re-sharpened using the ZP12 additive until the alkalinity values of the preparation solution are reached.
