Properties:

curaphos 301 is a liquid iron phosphating and degreasing agent that is used in the spraying process.
It is suitable for the treatment of ferrous materials.
The phosphate layers produced provide good corrosion protection.
In addition, of course, they also provide a good adhesive base for the subsequent painting or powder coating.

Application:

The application concentration is between 1.0 and 1.5 %. (Corresponds to a score between 2.0 and 5.0) at a pH value between 4.5 and 5.6. The corresponding pH value is set directly in the system using a pH regulator.
Experience has shown that the treatment time is 2 to 10 minutes.
The treatment temperature is between 40°C and 60°C. The subsequent dosing of curaphos 301 is usually carried out with the aid of pH-value-controlled dosing pumps. To increase the concentration by one point, 5 kg curaphos 301 /m3 is required.
