Degreasing and iron phosphating agent for high-pressure cleaning equipment

Properties:

Curaphos 306 is a liquid iron phosphating and degreasing agent that can be used in high-pressure equipment.
The phosphate layers produced provide good corrosion protection.
In addition, of course, they also provide a good adhesive base for the subsequent painting or powder coating.

Application:

The application temperature should be between 50 - 70 °C.
The application concentration should be 1.0 - 1.5 %.
The pH value in the application solution is adjusted to a value of 4.3 - 4.8 by means of dosing control on the high-pressure device.
The surfaces to be phosphated are treated evenly from bottom to top in overlapping strips with the application solution.
Rinsing with water after phosphating is not necessary.
