Low-temperature spray degreaser for all materials with corrosion protection

Properties:

NE 160 is a neutral cleaner for all materials, with temporary corrosion protection. Thanks to a new combination of surfactants, the product has excellent degreasing properties even at temperatures as low as 45°C, without forming annoying foam!

Due to the demulsifying behavior, oils and lubricants can be separated with the help of a simple oil separator. This achieves consistently good cleaning results over long periods of time (sometimes several months). The active washing substances contained are biodegradable in accordance with EU Directive 648/2004. NE 160 also contains no NTA or EDTA and complies with current environmental regulations.

Application:

The application temperature should be between 45-55 °C.
Application concentration 2-5%.
The washing times depend on the system and soiling and are usually between 1-15 minutes
