NE 180

Neutral spray and ultrasonic degreaser for all materials with corrosion protection

Properties:

NE 180 is a neutral cleaner for all materials, with temporary corrosion protection. Thanks to a new combination of surfactants, the product has excellent degreasing properties. Due to the demulsifying behavior, oils and lubricants can be separated with the help of a simple oil separator.

This ensures consistently good cleaning results over long periods of time (sometimes several months). The active washing substances contained are biodegradable in accordance with EU Directive 648/2004. NE 180 also contains no NTA or EDTA and complies with current environmental regulations.

High pressure cleaner, spray cleaning, immersion method, ultrasonic process

Aqueous

Application:

The application temperature should be between 50 and 60°C for spraying and ultrasonic processes.
Application concentration 2-5%
The washing times depend on the system and soiling and are usually between 1 - 15 minutes
