NE 190

Neutral spray and ultrasonic degreaser for all materials with corrosion protection

Properties:

NE 190 is a weakly alkaline cleaner with temporary corrosion protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metal materials.
The cleaner is particularly optimized for the removal of particulate dirt. The cleaning performance of NE 190 is additionally enhanced by special wetting agents

Application methods:

High pressure cleaner, spray cleaning, immersion method, ultrasonic process

Material(s):

Aluminum/alloys, Non-ferrous metals, Stainless steel, Plastics, Steel/Cast iron

Medium base:

Aqueous

Application:

The application temperature in the spraying process should be between 65 and 75 °C.
When using the ultrasonic method, the temperature should be max. 60 - 65°C.
The washing times depend on the system and the type of contamination and are generally between 1 – 10 min.

Application concentration:

The application concentration should be 3 - 8 %.
