Liquid corrosion inhibitor to prevent flash rust formation on ferrous materials

Properties:

The product is a liquid, low-foaming formulation to prevent flash rust formation on ferrous materials. The treated workpieces dry almost spotless.

PA 6570 solutions are suitable for hard metal surfaces. Can be used in both spray and immersion processes. The product has no disruptive effect on subsequent processes such as coating, painting, electroplating or hardening.

Spray cleaning, immersion method, ultrasonic process

Application:

The application temperature should be between 20 - 65 °C.
The application concentration should be 0.1 - 2.0 %.
The washing times depend on the system and soiling and are usually between 1 - 3 minutes.
