Liquid, alkaline special cleaner with aluminum protection

Properties:

Self-acting, alkaline cleaning concentrate
Very good penetration capacity for baked-on baking residues and coked fat and protein soiling
with aluminum protection against tarnishing
EDTA-, NTA- and phosphate-free

Application:

Concentration: 25 - 30%
Temperature: 50 - 60 °C
Time: 120 - 180 minutes

Application note:

Immerse dirty trays or molds in a suitable immersion bath for 2 to 3 hours at 55 - 60 °C.
The exposure time and the bath temperature depend on the degree of soiling.
Then spray off with a high-pressure device.
