Powdery, highly alkaline, silicate-containing degreasing agent for the pre-treatment of all materials

Properties:

TA 1000 is a powdery, highly alkaline product that is suitable for cleaning steel, stainless steel, aluminum, zinc and copper using immersion, ultrasonic and spray processes.

Thanks to a special combination of surfactants, the product has very good demulsifying properties, making oils and greases easy to remove with the aid of a simple TA 1000. It is particularly suitable for soiling that occurs in the maintenance and repair sector.

Application:

TA 1000 is used at a concentration of 1.5 % to 5 %.
The cleaning temperature in the immersion and ultrasonic process is between 30°C and 80°C.
The cleaning temperature in the spray process is between 50°C and 80°C.
The cleaning time depends on the application method of the product and the type and degree of soiling.
