Liquid, highly alkaline immersion and spray degreasing agent for steel

Properties:

TA 252 is a silicate-free, highly alkaline product for degreasing and/or dephosphating ferrous materials.
TA 252 can be used in both dipping and spraying processes.
As a rule, the cleaning performance of TA 252 is further enhanced by the addition of special wetting agents.

Application:

The application temperature should be between 40 - 80 °C.
TA 252 is mainly used at a concentration of 4 % to 15 % in combination with appropriate wetting agents.
The wetting agent concentration should be 0.2 to 0.4 %.
The washing times depend on the system and soiling and are usually between 4 - 8 minutes.
