Demulsifying immersion ultrasonic degreasing for the pre-treatment of iron and steel surfaces

Properties:

TA 7060 is a liquid product for degreasing ferrous materials using immersion and ultrasonic processes.
The product is only conditionally suitable for the treatment of non-ferrous metals.
Zinc and aluminum materials are attacked.
TA 7060 has a builder surfactant combination with pronounced demulsifying behavior towards non-saponifiable machining oils.

Application:

The application temperature should be between 50 - 70 °C.
The application concentration should be 3 - 8 %.
The washing times depend on the system and soiling and are usually between 5 - 10 minutes.
