TN 247

Liquid immersion and spray degreasing for the pre-treatment of all metal surfaces

TN 247 is a silicate-free, neutral product for cleaning iron, aluminum, zinc, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals.
TN 247 can be used in both dipping and spraying processes.
As a rule, the cleaning performance of TN 247 is further enhanced by the addition of special wetting agents.
The product is foam-free and ultra-filtration capable.

The application temperature should be between 40 - 80 °C.
TN 247 is predominantly used at a concentration of 4 % to 6 % in
used in combination with appropriate wetting agents.
The wetting agent concentration should be 0.2 to 0.4 %.
The washing times depend on the system and soiling and are usually between 4 - 8 minutes.
