TN 6221

Liquid, slightly alkaline ultrasonic cleaner for the pre-treatment of iron, aluminum and non-ferrous metal surfaces

TN 6221 is a mixture of non-ionic surfactants and salts of organic acids.
Workpieces made of iron, aluminum, zinc and non-ferrous metals can be treated with this product.
The application is carried out using ultrasound.
After cleaning, the treated materials are given temporary corrosion protection by applying a hydrophobic film.

TN 6221 is used to remove greases, oils and polishing pastes.
The application concentration is usually between 2% and 5%.
The cleaning temperature is usually between 50 °C and 70 °C.
The cleaning time depends on the type and degree of soiling and is usually between 3 and 6 minutes.
