TN 7648

Liquid cleaning booster for spray and pressure flooding processes

TN 7648 is a mixture of non-ionic and cationic surfactants.
It is used as a booster for cleaning iron, zinc, aluminum and brass in combination with an appropriate base cleaner.
TN 7648 is applied by spraying and pressure flooding.

Fine cleaning, Cleaning / degreasing, Surfactant/defoaming/demulsifying

Medium base:

Aqueous

The application temperature should be between 55 - 70 °C.
The application concentration should be 0.1 - 0.5 %.
The washing times depend on the system and soiling and are usually between 2 - 4 minutes.
