TS 8075

Liquid, acidic product for removing flash rust, oil carbon, brake dust and limescale deposits

TS 8075 is a liquid acid combination with highly effective surfactants and inhibitors.
It is used as an acidic product for removing flash rust, oxide layers, oil carbon, brake abrasion and limescale deposits on painted surfaces in the field of acidic exterior cleaning of rail vehicles.

Manual cleaning

Aluminum/alloys, non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, steel/cast iron

Application type(s):

Pickling/de-rusting, Cleaning / degreasing

Medium base:

Aqueous

The application temperature should not exceed 30 °C.
The application concentration should be 10 %.
The exposure time depends on the degree of soiling of the surface to be cleaned.
TS 8075 can be applied using a foam device, a brush or in an automatic washing system.
The treated surfaces should be rinsed thoroughly with water.
Recommended: HD device.
