The type RH is a compact, automatic precision cleaning system that meets the highest demands in terms of cleaning/degreasing, rinsing and drying results, environmental friendliness and economy.
The spray-flood cleaning system has a fully automatic process sequence and is suitable for the use of aqueous cleaning media. The RH precision cleaning system combines a wide range of cleaning technologies in one system. The components to be cleaned are cleaned or optionally rinsed using the spray process and pressure flooding, thus meeting the highest cleanliness requirements.
The spray registers can be permanently mounted in the cylindrical working chamber or, on request, designed as a rotating nozzle system. We achieve a highly efficient and particle-free cleaning effect even with complex part geometries. On request, the RH series cleaning systems can be equipped with a variety of features such as medium filtration in the washing and rinsing process, automatic detergent dosing or automatic loading systems.
