Fine cleaning system 2CRD

The 2CRD ultrasonic cleaning system is specially designed for ultra-fine cleaning and precision cleaning. The standard system has 4 tanks (2 cleaning tanks, 2 rinsing tanks), fresh water rinsing and the cleaning and drying process takes place under vacuum.

The precision cleaning system can work with a stationary, swiveling or rotating basket. You can choose between left-hand and right-hand rotation in precision cleaning. The design is based on the criteria of ultra-fine cleaning (e.g. only curved pipes are used).

Each circuit in the precision cleaning system consists of a single tank. There is an absolute cartridge filter in the return line (chamber to tank), which removes particles from the cleaning and rinsing medium. It is operated via a user-friendly color graphic display. 16 programs with 16 sub-steps are included as standard and enable variable ultra-fine cleaning. An oil separator (cascade separator) is also included as standard, as is conductivity monitoring in the last rinsing bath.
