COMBINED CLEANING ... aqueous and with solvent
The complexity of some manufacturing processes and special processing media make it necessary that cleaning with pure solvent is not sufficient and that one or more aqueous process steps are also required.
KP HYBRID solvent and vacuum cleaning system - our solution for both processes (solvent and aqueous) in one system.
The pure solvent process can leave behind salt residues or other inorganic impurities. A purely aqueous process, on the other hand, sometimes reaches its limits with high oil contamination.
The solution is to combine both processes in one system: this means a wide range of cleaning options. Degreasing with solvents, aqueous cleaning to remove stains, followed by energy-efficient vacuum drying. The entire process takes place under full vacuum.
