Increasing demands on the quality of components, technical availability and maximum effectiveness require complex solutions when it comes to component cleaning.
The powerful solvent system of the KP-HMA series works under full vacuum. Cleaning with solvents under full vacuum is the ideal solution for turned, punched or formed parts that are heavily contaminated with oil or grease. Component degreasing with modified alcohols or non-halogenated hydrocarbons and preservation takes place in a working chamber. The high cleaning quality combined with short cycle times ensures flexibility for a wide range of cleaning tasks.
With 2 cleaning tanks, continuous preparation of the medium using 2 distilleries working in parallel, an energy-optimized system design with heat recovery and the low use of solvents, our solvent systems sustainably reduce your cleaning processes. At the same time, the focus is on the quality of component degreasing.
