Custom cleaning solutions

Automated component cleaning can be implemented in a wide variety of system configurations. The correct selection of the system, loading system, and process (spraying, immersion, ultrasound, etc.) is made based on several criteria. Component cleaning systems can be implemented as tunnel cleaning machines, round table cleaning machines, or drum washing machines. In a tunnel cleaning machine, components are placed on a conveyor belt or specially manufactured workpiece carriers and moved through the individual zones (e.g. washing-rinsing-drying).

The continuous washing machine is the most common type of custom cleaning solutions . In the round table cleaning system, the component is fed with pinpoint accuracy by a robot and then cycled through the individual treatment zones via a rotary cycle table. In drum cleaning systems, parts are conveyed loosely through a screw and thus through the individual process zones, which is ideal for loose cycles or bulk material. Paternoster systems are used especially for processes that integrate ultrasound.
