Drum washing machines

A drum washing machines is designed for cleaning bulk goods (e.g. in screw production) in a continuous process.

The systems can be designed as single-zone washers (cleaning only) or as multi-zone washers (one or more rinsing zones following the cleaning zone) including final hot-air drying.

Almost any drum diameter is possible. The drums are optionally made of stainless steel or plastic (necessary for sensitive parts). In the first step, cleaning in the drum washing system is usually carried out using an immersion process including subsequent spray rinsing; all further zones (rinsing zones) are carried out purely using the spray process.
