The "PLANET" round table cleaning systems are compact, automatic cleaning systems that have been specially developed for cleaning and drying turned and milled parts.

The cleaning systems have a fully automatic process sequence that is designed for the use of aqueous cleaning media and carries out the individual process steps (cleaning + drying) in a working chamber. The washing process of the round table cleaning systems is hydrokinetic, so that a deep cleaning mechanism is created in the cavities and deep holes of the parts. The round table cleaning systems are available in three sizes for parts up to 190 mm in length. The cycle time is only a few seconds, depending on the production rate of the upstream machining center. With a range of individually selectable additional options, the round table cleaning system can be adapted to all the system characteristics required for the part to be cleaned. Filtration in the pressure line and an oil skimmer can be provided for efficient treatment of the cleaning medium. The fully automatic fresh water refill can also be adapted with a proportional dosing unit for exact dosing of the cleaner.
