We - the company Glogar GmbH, Tagerbachstraße 10 4490, St. Florian b. Linz, are pleased to be in contact with you and would like to inform you how we handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
Data collection
In the course of your application, you transmit/send us personal data in person, by letter or e-mail, of which we collect and process the following personal data in particular: Surname, first name, address, telephone number, cell phone number, e-mail, application documents (letter of application, CV, references, certificates, etc.)
Purpose of data collection / disclosure of data
Your personal data is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of filling vacancies within our company. Your data will only be forwarded to the internal departments of our company responsible for the specific application process. Your application data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.
Retention period and deletion of application data
If we do not approach your application, your personal data will automatically be deleted six months plus two weeks from the date of notification of rejection to you, provided that there are no legal provisions to the contrary, or unless we have a legitimate economic interest in continuing to store the data, for example for the purpose of providing evidence in legal disputes.
Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection.
