Entering a new era of automated parts cleaning

Automated #cleaning solutions increase productivity and product quality while reducing operating costs.

In the project shown in the video, an #ultrasonic cleaning system was integrated into a production process.

After the component has been machined, it is placed in a blow-off station using an industrial robot arm to remove cooling lubricant. This is followed by #fine cleaning using #ultrasound and the final blowing off/drying of the component.

The focus is increasingly on #inline cleaning of components, which has to be carried out quickly, flexibly and economically.

Over the past few months our technicians have been working intensively on this topic, as a result of which we have developed a range of robot-assisted systems for automated #parts cleaning can offer.
