The cleaning system presented today is a spray cleaning system in a 2-tank design (washing + rinsing), which was additionally equipped with a powerful side channel compressor for blowing off/drying the parts.
The customer is a German special machine manufacturer, which is active in automation technology and fixture construction. Due to its activity, our customer requires a high degree of flexibility and robustness of the system - for this reason, the spray cleaning system was equipped with an additional high-pressure spray device (60 bar).
The operator can manually clean and rinse bores, threads and channels in a targeted manner using a high-pressure gun. The system is made entirely of stainless steel and the parts in contact with the medium are additionally pickled.
