In industry and trade, very heavily contaminated components often have to be cleaned accordingly. It is not always possible to collect entire batches of parts or a part must be fed to the next steps as quickly as possible.
Glogar developed the HP series of manual high-pressure cleaning systems for these applications. With the aid of more than 60 bar working pressure (infinitely adjustable) at a cleaner temperature of 45°C, even the most complex geometries and bores can be completely cleaned and degreased in seconds.
Only label-free or biodegradable cleaning agents in a concentration of 2-5% are used, the rest is water from the tap.
A coarse filter in the return line to the tank and a cartridge filter in the pressure line of the high-pressure pump filter solids and particles from the wash bath. Compressed air fan nozzles on the viewing window and powerful LED lighting on the lid ensure optimum visibility inside the tank during cleaning. Components are blown out and dried in the same operation using a compressed air gun - efficiency in a nutshell.
