For an optimum cleaning effect after TEM deburring, we recommend a three-stage #cleaning process, which runs as a combined #spray/flooding/ultrasonic process in a working chamber.
The cleaning
Tank 1 (wash tank) contains our "TS 8150" neutral scourer , tank 2 (rinse tank 1) also contains our neutral scourer mixed with a neutral detergent for post-cleaning and tank 3 (rinse tank 2) is used for the final rinsing process with a corrosion protection agent (passivating agent).
When selecting a product, a distinction must be made between #steel and #aluminum. Our range of neutral scourers are gentle on the material, user-friendly and can be combined with suitable surfactants for optimum wetting of the component surfaces.
During the first process phase (#cleaning), the oxides are removed. This is usually carried out using a combined #spraying/flooding process with ultrasonic support.
Process time of the complete procedure (cleaning incl. drying): approx. 12 minutes per basket/batch.
