With the CM10 spray cleaning system, Glogar offers an optimum solution for cleaning large-volume parts with very high loading weights of up to 2 tons.
With a special nozzle system that generates a pressure of up to 7 bar, even the heaviest soiling can be washed away.
The spray cleaning system for metal parts is characterized, among other things, by its excellent cleaning results.
Based on the interaction of the spray pattern (3-sided), the cleaning temperature (up to 80 °C) and the specially designed cleaning chemicals (developed in-house).
The space-saving design, simple operation and a wide range of possible additional equipment are further advantages of our systems. Even as standard, the systems are equipped with a pneumatic lifting door, a loading trolley or loading table in front of the system and a steam vapor extraction system. An automatic fresh water refill is also part of the standard equipment of this efficient spray cleaning system for metal parts.
Depending on the requirements profile, the systems are designed as 1-, 2- or 3-tank systems.
