The CM 13 spray cleaning system is an automatic cleaning and degreasing system with a pneum. Lifting gate and a manually retractable loading basket.
The basket is moved in and out of the feeder trolley in front of the system manually by the operator or optionally automatically, depending on the requirements profile. The housing, all wetted components and piping are made of stainless steel. Cleaning is carried out via the 3-sided spray systems with stainless steel flat and wide spray nozzles (positioned alternately), with a driven rotary basket. The speed of the basket rotation/speed in the spray cleaning system can be adjusted via the control system.
This guarantees an optimum cleaning effect, adapted to your component. Depending on the version, the spray equipment is supplied by one or, in the case of multi-bath systems, two powerful stainless steel circulation pumps. The spray cleaning system is individually adapted to the operating requirements and designed as a 1-bath or multi-bath system.
