Spray cleaning system CM19

The CM19 spray cleaning system stands for high cleanliness requirements and short cycle times, even for very large workpieces with high weights to be cleaned.

Depending on the application profile, parts weighing up to 8 tons are cleaned in the fully insulated spray cleaning system, which is made entirely of stainless steel at all points in contact with the media. Parts are fed automatically via a front-end table with basket infeed or manually via a feeder trolley for lighter weights. The spray cleaning system can be customized with many additional features in terms of filtration, bath preparation and nozzle adaptation.

The intensive, high cleaning quality is ensured by the driven rotating basket in combination with the optimally designed nozzle position. The highly efficient stainless steel circulation pump or pumps (in the multi-tank version) and the use of alternately arranged wide or spot jet nozzles enable optimum application to the workpieces, even if these are provided with undercuts and holes. For processes such as the subsequent painting of parts or phosphating processes, the spray cleaning system is manufactured as a 1-, 2- or 3-tank system. For low room heights, the spray cleaning system is designed with a roller shutter, with a pneumatic lifting door as standard.
