Spray cleaning system CM22

In the CM 22 spray cleaning system, large-volume workpieces are cleaned efficiently and quickly using spray cleaning.

The system is loaded via a front table on which the basket is automatically moved in and out of the cleaning chamber. Spray cleaning is carried out via a multi-sided, rigid nozzle system.

In multi-bath systems, the spray system is designed separately in order to minimize media carryover as far as possible, and a separate stainless steel circulation pump is used for each circuit. Even components with complex geometries can be optimally cleaned in this system using spray cleaning and, if necessary, additionally rinsed. The rotary basket is set to the desired speed on the touch panel. Many additional special options such as drying, filter or bath preparation units allow the cleaning system to be customized to the customer's process.
