The L130 spray washing system - the compact solution for large-volume parts with minimal space requirements on site.

The L130 spray washing system is the ideal solution when front-loader systems are required but there is little space available on site. The system can be supplied with a pneumatic lifting door and loading trolley or as a hinged door version.
The standard version of the L130 spray washing system is already highly equipped. The entire system is made entirely of stainless steel and includes a steam vapor extraction system, a return filter and an inspection hatch for easy tank cleaning. Level monitoring/dry run protection and automatic fresh water refilling are already integrated. The L130 spray washing system is manufactured as a 1-tank or multi-tank system and can be individually adapted to customer requirements.

Special features of the L130 spray washer

Despite its compact size, the system can easily load and clean large-volume parts weighing up to 700 kg (as standard). The cleaning medium (2-5%, the rest water) sprayed onto the parts to be cleaned from three sides is pumped out of the tanks by a powerful stainless steel circulation pump. The cleaning chemicals for our spray cleaning systems are developed in-house and are tailored to the customer's requirements for each application.

Systems of this size are mostly stock items and are therefore available promptly.
