With the L160 spray cleaning system, Glogar offers the ideal cleaning system when large-volume parts with heavy to extreme soiling need to be degreased/cleaned.
The spray cleaning system is made entirely of stainless steel as standard, including pneumatic lifting door, loading trolley in front of the system and steam vapor extraction. Automatic fresh water refilling is also part of the standard equipment of this efficient spray cleaning system. An extendable basket including feeder and transport trolley make handling extremely user-friendly. The Glogar L160 is manufactured as a 1-tank, 2-tank or 3-tank system and individually adapted to the cleaning application. The L160 cleaning system is available with lifting or hinged doors to suit the structural conditions.
A cleaning system designed for numerous requirements
The outstanding cleaning result of the spray cleaning system is based on the interaction of a wide range of factors, such as the adapted system design (3-sided nozzle system, etc.), the high cleaning temperature (50-80 °C) and the specially designed cleaning chemicals (developed in-house). A spray cleaning system from Glogar is characterized by its space-saving design, simple operation and a wide range of possible additional equipment.
Systems of this size are mostly stock items and are therefore available promptly.
