The Glogar L190 spray cleaning system is a universal degreasing system with pneumatic lifting gate and transport trolley in front of the system .
The continuous, vertical rotation of the workpiece holder/basket enables even hard-to-reach geometries of large-volume components to be reached. The spray register on all sides, including a large number of stainless steel wide-jet nozzles, is fed by a highly efficient stainless steel circulation pump, which makes high demands on the cleaning result and fast cleaning compatible with each other.
Special features of the L190 spray cleaning system
Even with 2-tank or 3-tank versions, all work steps take place in one/the process chamber of the spray cleaning system. The L190, as well as all other front loaders from the Glogar L series, are made entirely of stainless steel as standard and are equipped with a loading trolley and a steam vapor extraction system. Automatic fresh water refilling is also included in the standard equipment of the degreasing systems.
