With the L240 spray cleaning system, Glogar offers an optimum solution for cleaning large-volume parts.
Quick and economical cleaning, usually of very large parts, is carried out easily and practically in the L240 spray cleaning system.
Cleaning is carried out by a rigid nozzle system on all sides, while the driven loading basket is slowly rotated past the specially aligned nozzles. The L240 spray cleaning system and all of the system's units are made entirely of stainless steel, even in the standard version.
Features such as steam extraction, automatic fresh water refilling, insulation of the entire system and the loading trolley with basket are also included as standard. The spray cleaning system can be individually adapted to your application thanks to many other additional equipment features.
Special features of the L240 spray cleaning system
The L240 spray cleaning system is manufactured as a 1-, 2- or 3-tank version; all process steps are carried out in one process chamber.
The washing and rinsing processes are each run via separate pipelines and nozzle systems in order to minimize media carryover.
