In Austria's most comprehensive technology center for parts cleaning, we conduct practical cleaning trials together with you and your components. Depending on the requirements, the cleaning process (spray cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, immersion and vacuum processes) and the cleaning chemistry (tailored to the material and the requirements after cleaning) are selected.
The technology center offers a variety of cleaning processes such as spray cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, and immersion and vacuum processes. Together with the customer, practical cleaning trials are carried out on site or via video conference in order to select the appropriate cleaning process and cleaning chemistry for the components to be cleaned.

More InformationTo determine the ideal process for your components to be cleaned, all known types of cleaning systems or processes with aqueous media and solvents are available in our technology center.
Aqueous cleaners (pH value: acidic, neutral and alkaline media) are typically used for the removal of water-based (polar) contaminants such as cooling lubricants/emulsions, polishing pastes, salts, etc.
Fundamentals for selecting the right cleaning chemistry: mechanics, temperature, chemistry and time.
Solvents/hydrocarbons are preferably used when mineral oil-based (non-polar) contaminants such as oils, greases and waxes are to be removed. Our application engineers with many years of experience will be happy to advise you at any time in selecting the right process and the most suitable medium.
