Glogar ultrasonic devices – versatile and robust
Ultrasonic devices from Glogar are versatile and used in manufacturing and workshop areas, as well as in the medical and pharmaceutical industries.
Thanks to the large selection of device sizes, from 2.5 liters to 110 liters, all application areas can be covered. Even stubborn contaminations, such as polishing pastes, can be easily removed at 25 kHz. At 45 kHz, sensitive surface materials can be gently cleaned and degreased. Even more effective cleaning results can be achieved with the switchable functions "Sweep", "Pulse" and "Dynamic".
The devices are made entirely of stainless steel and equipped with highly effective 38 kHz or 40 kHz ultrasonic transducers. Upon request, the ultrasonic devices can also be equipped with 25 kHz transducers. All functions and cleaning parameters such as time and heating preselection, and ultrasonic frequency can be easily set on the user-friendly control panel on the front and monitored at a glance.

Washing – Rinsing – Drying -> compact in one system. The demands on component cleanliness are constantly increasing. In many areas of the manufacturing industry, it is necessary to rinse the parts after the cleaning process and then dry them in order to meet the high cleanliness requirements.
In the past, such a multi-stage cleaning concept involved greater effort and faster contamination of the workplace due to the three different, free-standing devices (ultrasonic bath – rinsing basin – hot air dryer). With a Glogar ultrasonic cleaning system, all three process steps are combined in one system, thus ensuring a reliable and fast cleaning process for the highest cleanliness requirements.
Single-chamber ultrasonic cleaning systems - for elevated cleanliness requirements
Ultrasonic cleaning systems from Glogar, equipped with a goods lift & oil separator, are used for cleaning new and repaired parts with high weights. Our ultrasonic cleaning systems are individually designed by us to meet your requirements (e.g. ultrasonic frequency, usable dimensions, max. loading weight).

Multi-chamber ultrasonic cleaning systems - the modular solution for your precision cleaning
Modular ultrasonic cleaning systems (multi-chamber systems) meet the highest demands on the cleanliness of the workpieces to be cleaned. Thanks to the modular cleaning system, several cleaning tanks can be filled simultaneously with workpiece holder/baskets, thus achieving maximum parts throughput with the best cleaning results.
Also in the area of surface tension (mN/m) and residual contamination, the highest values are achieved because the cleaning process does not take place in one chamber, but in up to 15 separate process chambers.
These industrial cleaning systems are rows of different process stages, usually consisting of: ultrasonic cleaning tanks intended for aqueous solutions, immersion modules and spray rinsing modules (single-stage or cascaded) for municipal water or deionized water, hot air dryers or vacuum dryers. All modules are made of stainless steel and are designed in standard versions or according to customer specifications.
