Multi-chamber ultrasonic machines (automated)

Modular ultrasonic cleaning systems (multi-chamber systems) meet the highest demands in terms of the cleanliness of the workpieces to be cleaned. Thanks to the modular cleaning system, several cleaning tanks can be filled with workpiece holder/baskets at the same time, thus achieving maximum parts output with the best cleaning results.

The highest values can also be achieved in the area of surface tension (mN/m) and residual dirt, as the cleaning process does not take place in one chamber, but in up to 15 separate process chambers. These industrial cleaning systems are series of different process stages, usually consisting of: Ultrasonic cleaning tanks intended for aqueous solutions, immersion modules and spray rinsing modules (single-stage or cascaded) for city water or demineralized water, hot air dryers or vacuum dryers. All modules are made of stainless steel and are available in standard or customized versions.
