Ultrasonic cleaning systems for electroplating

Ultrasonic degreasing is used especially for cleaning racks with fabric movement in electroplating.

We also retrofit ultrasound into existing electroplating tanks. Different frequencies and oscillator systems are used in the electroplating sector, depending on the materials used and the space available in the cleaning tank. So-called bake-off degreasing plays a central role in the pre-treatment of parts in many electroplating shops. Ultrasonic degreasing has great advantages over conventional degreasing in terms of time, efficiency and quality.

A simple ultrasonic degreasing process can often be used to electroplate parts that were previously impossible or almost impossible to finish.
