Ultrasonic mold cleaning enables gentle and thorough cleaning within a very short time. Production residues, resin deposits, cracking residues, grease and rust deposits are removed in our mold cleaning systems. Ejector guides and vents are also optimally cleaned using ultrasound.

Typical process sequence in the mold cleaning area:

Station 1
Cleaning with ultrasound (magneto-strictive 19-21 kHz or piezo 25 kHz) heated

Station 2
Rinsing incl. compressed air circulation

Station 3
Preservation aqueous or by means of dewatering fluid (KW) heated or unheated

Station 4
Dripping or blowing off with compressed air
