Ultrasonic cleaning systems for roller cleaning

The most stubborn dirt can be removed from the surface of rollers or printing rollers using ultrasonic cleaning.

The roller holder in the cleaning bath is motor-driven and the roller rotates on the surface of the ultrasonic bath (approx. 35% of the roller is in the bath). Selected cleaning chemicals - depending on the material of the rollers and the type of soiling/lacquer - support the cleaning effect.

On request, the cleaning system for roller cleaning can be extended to include a rinsing tank in which the cleaned roller is rinsed with clear water. Our ultrasonic roller cleaning systems can also be designed for cleaning drying cylinders, felt guide rollers, screen guide rollers and smoothing rollers.
