The single-chamber ultrasonic cleaning systems in the GL series are characterized by the highest quality workmanship and maximum equipment.
The ultrasonic systems have an automatic fabric lift with which the items to be washed can be moved into or out of the tank at the touch of a button. In addition, the "oscillation" function can be used to activate a slow up and down movement during the cleaning process, making it even more efficient.
The optional oil separator with surface flushing separates washed-off oil and floating impurities via a cascade system. The cleaned wash medium is then pumped back into the system's main tank. In addition, a cartridge filter can be integrated into the pump circuit, which constantly filters particles out of the cleaning medium and thus keeps it usable for longer.
The tank is made of 1.4404 stainless steel, which also allows the use of aggressive media if necessary. The chamber is also completely heat and sound insulated, as is the manual hinged lid. The remaining parts of the system and the outer cladding are made of 1.4301 stainless steel.
