Submersible ultrasonic transducers

Ultrasonic immersible transducers are the classic form of ultrasonic transducer.

Use

Ultrasonic immersible transducers are used wherever there is sufficient space to accommodate them.

Construction method

Liquid-tight, welded capsule made of stainless steel for fastening to the tray floor or side wall. Simple and secure fastening using straps, hooks or bolts.

Sonoplate plate transducers do not require any space in the cleaning container. They are attached from the outside with weld-in and pressure frames to a correspondingly large container opening. Sonoplate plate transducers are therefore ideal for retrofitting in existing tanks where space is limited.

Our ultrasonic immersible transducers are available in 25, 30, 40, 80 and 120 kHz, as well as multi-frequency transducers (several frequencies in one transducer are possible) and are manufactured according to your size requirements or the space available on site.
